     A. To purchase a printed Boulevard Gift Card, please click here, complete the form and submit it. You           should receive your gift card within3-7 days of your purchase via U.S. mail (or appropriate substitute).

     Q. Can I use my Boulevard Gift Card online?
     A. Not at this time. Boulevard Gift Cards must be swiped into a card machine in order to access credits.

     Q. If I don't use the full amount available on my gift card, will I receive credit to be used later?
     A. When you use a Gift Card, any value that remains will be credited to your card to use at a later time.
