The Boulevard “Buy Smart Club” is designed to reward our customers
with opportunities and privileges not available to non-members.
To join, customers pay an annual membership fee of $39.00.
Boulevard credit account holders may charge the membership fee
to their account.
Rebate offers will be earned based on purchases made at Boulevard
Home Furnishings. Rebate offers will accrue at the rate of
2% of qualifying purchases (up to the maximum rebate amount of
$100). Rebate offers will be automatically sent every six months to
Buy Smart Club members on the month after the semi-annual anniversary
of their enrollment. All rebate offers will be in the form
of a Boulevard coupon redeemable on any new Boulevard Purchase.
Coupons expire six months from the date of issue. However,
amounts of less than $15.00 will be carried over to the next accrual
period. New coupons are issued on the net price after previously
issued coupons have been applied to new purchases. |
