Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Boulevard Home Furnishings reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Warranties

Security

This purchase shall be secured against the unpaid collateral received from Boulevard Home Furnishings and shall be subject to the FEDERAL TRUTH IN-LENDING DISCLOSURE STATEMENT and Boulevard Home Furnishings Revolving Charge Agreement.

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge receipt of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the Federal Truth-In-Lending Disclosure Statement for financed purchases. You acknowledge, accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions and have had the opportunity to view the terms and conditions and that the absence of viewing said terms and conditions does not invalidate or create a waiver or breach of this Agreement.

Waiver

Any waiver by any party of any breach of any kind or character whatsoever by any other party, whether such waiver be direct or implied, shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of, or consent to, any subsequent breach of this Agreement on the part of the other party or parties. No course of dealing or performance between the parties, nor any delay in exercising any right or remedies or otherwise, shall operate as a waiver of any of the rights or remedies of any party.

Shipping Liability

Products shipped directly by Boulevard Home Furnishings remain the responsibility of Boulevard Home Furnishings until shipping receipt has been signed by purchasing agent. Products shipped by outside parties, (including UPS, FedEx and, USPS) will be the responsibility of each individual shipping party once the product has been received by them, and will remain their responsibility until delivery to shipping address, according to the policies of each shipping party.

Severable

If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then only that provision shall be held unenforceable and the remaining provisions of the agreement shall be enforced.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and there are no representations, warranties, conditions, or agreements other than those expressly set forth herein. No other agreement, statement, promise, warranty or representation made by any party to this Agreement, or by any officer or agent of any party, that is not in writing and signed by all parties to this Agreement, shall be binding.
